V. K. Wellington Koo was one of the most important political figures from China during the 20th Century, interacting with leaders including Woodrow Wilson, Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Winston Churchill on significant world events. His life is explored here through a multimedia event with song, stories, and video highlighting the extraordinary events that shaped his life and the world around him. Featuring performances by outstanding international artists including soprano Ying Huang, bass-baritone Shenyang, violinist Dan Zhu, and Luoyong Wang as narrator, with a world premiere chamber piece by composer Peng-Peng Gong.
